- The Model promotes collective, productive action that is market led responding to customer needs.
- Evolving Social Villages into trading blocks which are branded as Commercial Villages.
- It involves mobilizing farmers in the Social Villages to form Commercial Producer Groups, (CPGs).
- Increasing the competitiveness of the Smallholder farmers
- Enhances the capacity of African Villages as respectable market players.
