• A functional Commercial Village comprises 100 to 250 Households
• The Leadership structure comprises 2 representatives from each CPG
• Each CPG has at least 5 subcommittees, and these are;
  • Production
  • Village Savings
  • Marketing and Quality
  • Village Social Capital
  • Social Technology
