Empowered World View is a dynamic and holistic developmental empowerment approach that encourages both individuals and communities to examine beliefs, mind-sets and behaviours in light of their contribution to development based on Gods plan on mankind.

• To examine some of the belief systems, traditional practices and behaviours, attitudes, mind-sets, perceptions on how they affect development.
• Secondly, we are going to explore challenges against the resources available to address them. It is a known fact that the way one behaves and sees his/her world is as a result of the way that person thinks which in most cases is influenced by the belief systems and environment one was raised up in and grew without interrogating the validity.

As the word says for as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…Proverbs 23 verse 7
